PESCO lineman electrocuted at 11000V transmission line

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) lineman was electrocuted to death while working on an 11kv high power transmission line in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).


According to reports, Habibur Rehman, PESCO lineman electrocuted while was working on the high voltage transmission line when power was abruptly restored.

As a result, Habibur Rehman died on the scene, and his body was left hanging on an electric pole for two hours, according to authorities. After receiving information about the tragedy, the rescue staff, with the assistance of locals, retrieved the body of the deceased lineman.

Meanwhile, the deceased’s heirs have gone to the Bara Gali police station to file a complaint against XEN Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) and SDO
