Forbes’ ‘Best Under A Billion’ list includes a Pakistani tech startup

Systems Limited, a Pakistani information technology firm, has been named to Forbes’ 2021 list of “Asia’s Best Under A Billion Award” for the second year in a row.

The list features 200 Asia-Pacific public companies with revenue under $1 billion and steady top-and bottom-line growth. Systems Limited has been named to the prestigious list for the second year in a row, according to an official statement released on Tuesday.

Systems Ltd is a software development company that also offers business process outsourcing services. The company, which is based in Lahore, gets the majority of its revenue from clients in the telecom, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and financial industries in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

According to the official statement, the achievement is critical for the company because it establishes control over its consistent composite scores that demonstrate its overall track record, which includes sales and profit growth, low debt levels, and strong governance.

Systems Limited has the distinction of being one of just two technology businesses from Pakistan to be listed on the prestigious list for two years in a row.

Systems Limited has been recognised for great business accomplishment by being inducted into the Microsoft Business Applications Inner Circle for the years 2021-2022, placing it among the top 1% of global Technology Partners for Microsoft Business Applications.

In addition, the IT firm became Pakistan’s first technology company to reach a market capitalization of Rs100 billion.
